ÁLTALÁNOS HASZNÁLATI ÚTMUTATÓ A KFSZ KÜLÖNFÉLE SOROZATAINAK ALKALMAZÁSÁHOZ

• The main purpose of the KFSZ is to change the structure of aqueous solutions. It is recommended to drink several glasses of water structured with any KFSZ every day, so that the total amount is 30 ml per kilogram of body weight, not counting other drinks.
• With any KFSZ, running water is structured instantly. The KFSZ can therefore also be attached to a tap or a shower head, wrapped in a plastic bag.
• If a KFSZ has its own defined structuring time, you will find it in the description of that particular KFSZ. This time applies to water already poured into a container. To speed the process up, the KFSZ can be placed under the vessel you pour the water into, and a swirling flow can be created with a spoon.
• Note that for KFSZ plates with 5 and 8 elements the structuring time of water already poured out may differ.
• To increase effectiveness it is advisable to do exercises aimed at the various energy centres (chakras) from time to time: placing the plate on the given chakra, or moving it closer and further away

You can also do daily exercises:

A simple method for supporting the skeletal system with two KFSZ plates: place one under the left foot and hold the other in the right hand for 3–5 minutes.

Then swap the plates over: put the first under the right foot and take the other in the left hand, again for 3–5 minutes. You may also start with the right foot and left hand and then move to the left foot and right hand.

Place one KFSZ under the tailbone and the other on the neck for 3–5 minutes. It is worth repeating this exercise in the morning and in the evening. The step above may also be repeated during the day.

• KFSZ plates that carry Vedic cosmic energy channels give their own timing for the exercises. The information can be found in the description of the particular corrector. You may follow the recommended time or work with them on your own schedule.
• In the case of skin injuries it is worth structuring topical solutions, creams and gels once.
• The KFSZ protection can be stuck not only onto a mobile phone but onto any device that emits radio signals. (TV, computer, laptop, etc.) The surface must be degreased first.
• Taking the KFSZ bracelet apart, dismantling it into components or removing the plates is expressly forbidden.
• KFSZ bracelets must be taken off before water activities. The correctors can be fixed to the shower head or the bath in a waterproof pack.
• The corrector can be taken out of its KFSZ case and used further in a protective cover, for example a transparent, soft plastic case.
• To extend the lifetime of all KFSZ plates, sudden changes of temperature should be avoided.
• The service life of the KFSZ is in practice limited only by the shelf life of its materials, so it can serve you for a long time.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USING KFSZ 1–5 OF THE "BLUE" SERIES

Use KFSZ 1, 3 and 4 in the first half of the day. In the second half of the day (after 4–5 p.m.) – KFSZ 2. KFSZ 5 is best placed under the right costal arch.

There may be differences depending on age and current well-being: the younger a person is and the better their condition, the more attention can be given to solving functional tasks. Noticeable changes usually appear after 3–4 weeks of using the KFSZ (but sometimes within a few hours).

In acute conditions the KFSZ may also be placed on the site of the pain (except for heart complaints). With heart complaints "flowing" through the skeletal system is obligatory (see the exercise above).

The treatment can be complemented by rubbing the limbs with structured water or with previously structured creams.

In chronic illnesses noticeable changes may appear after 1.5–3 months or longer.

Please note: consuming alcohol interrupts the process of burning excess fat tissue for 3–5 days.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USING KFSZ 6–8 OF THE "BLUE" SERIES

KFSZ 6 serves to structure skin-cleansing cosmetics such as lotions, foams, make-up removers and peels.

KFSZ 7 is suitable for structuring nourishing cosmetics such as lotions, creams, gels and masks. You can spray the skin with structured water, or apply structured creams in a thin layer onto cleansed skin.

KFSZ 8 is recommended for structuring the water, drinks and food meant for dinner and for eating before bedtime, and it can also be placed under the bed.

Structure cosmetics, creams, aqueous solutions, tonics and gels once before use if you keep them permanently at home on the shelf.

After travelling, when they have been carried on a train or a plane, they need to be structured again.

Structure aqueous solutions and thin preparations for at least an hour, having unscrewed the cap first, and creamy and gel-like ones overnight.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USING THE GREEN KFSZ SERIES

The KFSZ works automatically: it is enough to take the correctors in hand. To achieve the desired effect you can use them in several ways: drinking water structured with a KFSZ, flowing through the energy centres (chakras), wearing them on the body, or during a shower or bath.

Besides this you can place the KFSZ under your pillow, structure preparations meant for external use, or use it during meditation, walking, sport and fitness.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USING THE "PURPLE" KFSZ SERIES

The KFSZ plates of this series can be used in two modes:

The active mode starts with the energy of GRATITUDE. It is important to formulate the final goal briefly, to visualize it, to tune in and to give sincere thanks. Hold the correctors in front of you at a distance of 20–40 cm, between the 4th and 5th energy centres, and tune in for 2 minutes. Then say the sentence: "MY THANKS TO THE KFSZ … for this... I AM GRATEFUL" and picture the desired mental image for a few minutes. It is recommended to repeat the exercise daily for 30–40 days.

The channels can also be activated before a journey, for example in a car; in that case state the period of protection, e.g.: "I THANK THE KFSZ for protection from now until 3 March 2025, 8 p.m." The period can be adjusted individually, according to how you feel.

The passive mode can be used if someone is irritable, low, suffering from depression, or unable to say the sentence required for the active mode. In that case place one KFSZ between the 4th and 5th energy centres – over the projection of the thymus – and the other on the crown of the head. Hold the plates like this for 15–20 minutes. A neutral or benevolent attitude is important: this is when the cosmic energy channels open and the work of the KFSZ begins. Here too the duration can be varied individually.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USING THE "GOLD" KFSZ SERIES

Every KFSZ of the "Gold" series is adaptive, that is, the correctors adjust to their user. The channels start by themselves — it is enough to take the KFSZ in hand — and the action is individual every single time, lasting from a few minutes to hours, or rarely days. The action depends on the degree of the user's problem.

With the KFSZ plates of the "Gold" series the energy of GRATITUDE is not needed.

Every collection KFSZ has its own water structuring time. Note that the time given in the description of a particular KFSZ applies to water previously poured into a vessel, while running water is structured almost instantly.

You can use the KFSZ as a mat under the vessel and then create a so-called "vortex flow" in the water with a spoon, so that structuring happens almost instantly.

The energy of GRATITUDE is not needed with any of the Elite KFSZ plates. The corrector opens automatically and works with its user in a personalized way.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USING THE KFSZ BRACELETS

KFSZ bracelets can be worn on the wrist or around the ankle (depending on the type of bracelet), either continuously or as needed, depending on your goals.

Men are advised to wear them on the right hand or the left leg, women on the left hand or the right leg.

The bracelets can be worn alternately on both hands or legs. Different bracelets can be worn at the same time on different parts of the body, in any combination. It is worth watching how the body reacts to the combination.

It is advisable to take the bracelets off at night, especially the "FITNESS" type.

You can also structure water and other liquids with the bracelets by placing the bracelet around the glass.

The bracelets must be taken off before a shower or bath.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USING THE KFSZ PHONE PROTECTION

Stuck onto any device, the protection neutralizes the negative effects. It is recommended for a phone, but also for any device that emits radio signals, for example cordless landline phones (including the base station), computers, video surveillance systems, routers and Wi-Fi devices.
