A Jelenleg megjelenő gátló energia-információs behatások bármyely csakrát - vagy akár az összeset is lassíthatják, zárhatják. Semlegesítésre, nyitásra,tisztításra az alábbi KFSZ -et használhatjuk hatékonyan :

-"GOLDEN AGE" (opens energy centres 1, 2, 4 and 7)
- "SUPREME HARMONY" (opens energy centres 3, 5 and 6)

Hold the given KFSZ on each energy centre for 3–5 minutes as described above.
To speed the process up you can use the two KFSZ plates at the same time – place them on the matching energy centres.

If you do not use a pendulum, keep to the maximum time (5 minutes).
If you are short of time, work through every energy centre for 2 minutes rather than skipping it altogether!

You can still use the "Wonderful Nine"* as well; with these 10–15 minutes per energy centre is recommended, or the time your own feeling or pendulum dictates.

The restoration of well-being may go on for as long as 1.5 hours.
Subtle-energy information acts faster (its speed is 3–4 orders of magnitude greater than any chemical reaction in the body), so the physical body "follows" the changes more slowly.
