ADAPTATION - BEGINNING

• This KFSZ carries out the scanning and the recognition of deviations on the energetic level. It reads the current state of the energy fields, determines the zones of chaos, the breaches, the blockages, and the most harmonious and strongest areas.

This set of Correctors is a fundamental tool for supporting the body in every time of change. The KFSZ plates help you live the process not as a painful crisis but as a natural and evolutionary process of growth, minimising the losses and maximising the gains. The greatest effectiveness can be felt when you use all three Correctors one after the other.

It is recommended to begin the work with the KFSZ "ADAPTATION BEGINNING". Doing the daily energetic routine and activating the energy centres is recommended. This can be done in the morning after waking and in the evening after returning home from social surroundings.

The basic recommendation for using the set of three KFSZ plates

• Place the KFSZ "ADAPTATION BEGINNING" for 2–3 minutes first below the tailbone on the first energy centre, then move it to the head, to the seventh energy centre, also for 2–3 minutes.
• Then put the first Corrector aside and take the KFSZ "ADAPTATION DEVELOPMENT". Place it for 7–8 minutes first below the tailbone on the first energy centre, then move it to the head, to the seventh energy centre, for 2–3 minutes, and after that move on to the second and the fourth energy centres, holding it on each for 3–5 minutes.
• Then put the second Corrector aside and take the KFSZ "ADAPTATION SYNTHESIS", and move on to the third, the fifth and the sixth energy centres, holding it on each for 3–5 minutes.
• If you activate the energy centres one after the other, the KFSZ "ADAPTATION DEVELOPMENT" and the KFSZ "ADAPTATION SYNTHESIS" can be swapped in the order. After the KFSZ "ADAPTATION. BEGINNING" you may choose either one, based on your own sensations.
• It is also possible to use the two Correctors at the same time right after the first step, the KFSZ "ADAPTATION DEVELOPMENT" and the KFSZ "ADAPTATION SYNTHESIS". In this case the KFSZ "ADAPTATION DEVELOPMENT" goes below the tailbone on the first energy centre, and the KFSZ "ADAPTATION SYNTHESIS" on the third energy centre for 3–5 minutes, and after that you move on to the other energy centres at the same time.
• The order for the KFSZ "ADAPTATION DEVELOPMENT" is the first, the seventh, the second and the fourth energy centre.
• The order for the KFSZ "ADAPTATION SYNTHESIS" is the third, the fifth and the sixth energy centre.

Working together with the energies of the KFSZ happens by the standard methods. These include the regular drinking of clean, informed water in the appropriate amount recommended by doctors, 30–40 ml per kilogram of body weight a day, the activation of the energy centres, and the use of the shower and the bath.

The "ADAPTATION BEGINNING", "ADAPTATION DEVELOPMENT" and "ADAPTATION SYNTHESIS" trio is especially effective in periods of increased strain, when the body and the psyche need rearranging and a transition to a new level of functioning.
