• May make you conscious that conflicts always were, are and will be — they are not to be avoided but to be learned to resolve, to seek common ground, to recognise the transformative force of the dissolution of the old and the birth of the new.

• May ease the fear of personal or social conflicts, and may endow you with resilience in the search for their resolution. May support resolution through dialogue, the hearing of ourselves and of the other, and the clear marking of boundaries and consequences — may give an understanding of what it means to respect boundaries and values.

• May help you express yourself naturally and calmly, and let go of the feeling that "I am a bad person if I am angry".

• May give back to the user the right to express emotions — especially in the case of a violation of personal boundaries, an infringement of rights, or an insult to dignity — while it may lead you to the path of expressing emotions ecologically.

• May fill you with the energy of concentration and composure for completing important tasks, may promote the unfolding of leadership abilities, and may help in systematising tasks.

• May improve the state of the work done in such fields as trade, logistics, accounting and property matters; may attract new, useful and currently needed activities, and may promote successful moves.

• May promote the attracting of money energies, may activate the channels of abundance, and may give grace for living spiritual wealth and material well-being.

• May help you enter a meditative state, and create the inner Cosmos, which may cleanse the mental, etheric and subtle bodies — leading towards an awakening to Life, hearing ourselves, and sensing the quiet joy of being.

• May support the living of true, high-level love — in fullness, in depth — in a relationship and on a universal level alike.

• May strengthen such inner qualities as dignity, the taking of responsibility, and perseverance.

• For a high-vibration, worthy person it may give strength to come into accord with the harmonious rhythms of the outer Elemental Forces (the natural world).

"THE BREATH OF THE COSMOS" KFSZ – Recommendations for use

• It may form a special tandem with the "THE POWER OF FIRE" KFSZ — it may lead you into the state of an active view of life, may fill you with higher-order energies, may support the setting in motion of a unified regeneration on the body-soul-spirit level, may create a protective space, and may activate the channels of abundance.

• It can be useful for those who are uncertain of themselves, endure too much at their own expense and at the expense of their health, or feel that they are "lost" in life.
• Recommended for morning recharging, before a public appearance or group work, and especially for lawyers.
• It may fill the user when they lack "fire", momentum and vivid emotions — at the same time it is important to follow your own state, since too much energy can also cause insomnia or headache.
• It is recommended to do gong meditation and singing-bowl practice, to listen to mantras or to say a prayer while using this KFSZ.
• It may support the keeping of spiritual fasts (according to any religious tradition), and the practice of asceticism for the benefit of the Soul and the Spirit.
