  • Its use is recommended for those over 40, and for everyone who leads a sedentary way of life, which raises the risk of stroke, heart attack and thrombophlebitis developing.
  • It may be recommended for those suffering from pancreatic disease, diabetes and trophic disorders.
  • It may be effective during recovery after operations, and in the period of convalescence from any illness (e.g. after viral epidemics).
  • Drink clean water structured with the KFSZ according to the WHO recommendations: 30 ml per 1 kilogram of body weight a day. Take the characteristics of your region of residence into account: in a hot climate, be sure to increase the amount of water you drink.

  • Do pumping 1-2 times a day / that is, place it on the affected area for 2-3 minutes; before/after, drink a glass of lukewarm structured water each time /. Use it locally together with other KFSZ plates meant for balancing the given problem.
  • It can be combined with other KFSZ plates acting on the circulatory system, e.g.:

For example, for massaging the problem areas, add about 12 drops of the essential oil of the same name to every 30 ml of base oil, or make a mixture of different oils (with a compulsory allergy test before use).
