KFSZ - "HEALING OF ARSHAN"
On the energy-information level:

- Fundamentally this KFSZ works with the lower chakras ( 1-3 ) until these work in full activity, purity and harmony. After that the energy moves into the 4th energy centre and upwards.

- This KFSZ may work very well, beyond the intake of structured water, through the breath, so we can actively use it together with breathing practices (Buteyko, Strelnikova, "square breathing", "4-7-8", etc.) for improving the state of the body. Before practising, it is recommended to drink 1-2 glasses of clean water structured with the KFSZ.
- We can practise Hatha Yoga breathing with it (more than 2.5 thousand years old): sit on the KFSZ, or place it on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd chakra. Concentrate on the breath for 1-2 minutes, and try to calm your thoughts. Begin the practice with a complete exhalation, so that no air remains in the lungs, then breathe according to the following rhythm: in slowly to a count of 1-2-3-4, until the lungs are completely full, then hold the breath likewise to 1-2-3-4, then exhale slowly to a count of 1-2-3-4, until the lungs are completely empty. Then hold the breath again to 1-2-3-4. Repeat several cycles. If you are short of air, count a little faster. The point is to keep the rhythm meanwhile
- With the help of this KFSZ it is wonderful to meditate in nature and work with the energy of the Earth. After grounding it is useful to stand barefoot on the grass or the earth, or to walk a little. This makes it possible for the energy to permeate the whole body.
- Ideal for athletes, especially runners and hurdlers. We recommend keeping the KFSZ on the body to enhance the effect of the training. You can fix it to your arm or to your body, or put it in a sports-belt pouch
- We can create a home "balneo-resort": use the KFSZ for structuring bath water, with the addition of herbs and minerals (for example magnesium). Or take a shower or a foot bath with it, or make a wrap for the body or the joints.
