Recommendations for using the KFSZ "ARTENOL":

• You can use it as an independent preventive treatment, or in complex therapeutic programmes, together with the medicines and procedures recommended by your doctors.
• Recommended primarily for those with increased physical activity, athletes and those practising fitness, for rehabilitation after injuries and fractures, in the case of excess weight, and generally for those over 45
• For children and adolescents in the period of the growth and formation of the musculoskeletal system, and for adults — it can be used for prevention and correction
• Drink clean water structured with the KFSZ, according to the WHO recommendations: 30 ml per 1 kilogram of body weight a day. Take the characteristics of your region of residence into account: in a hot climate, be sure to increase your water intake.
• Structure the products to be used externally, e.g.: creams, ointments. Prepare structured mud wraps and compresses, and involve it in every other therapy.
• Do the "pumping" of the musculoskeletal system (placing it on) 1-2 times a day, and use other correctors on these areas together with this KFSZ. 
• Complement its use with aromatherapy. Essential oils may help ease the symptoms, since they have anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. Various applications are possible: aroma lamps, pendants, diffusers, massage with essential oils (orange, basil, ginger, cayenne pepper, camphor, lavender, frankincense, lemongrass, marjoram, nutmeg, peppermint, chamomile, sandalwood, eucalyptus) — structure them on this KFSZ. For example, for massaging the problem areas, add about 12 drops of the essential oil of the same name to every 30 ml of base oil, or make a mixture of different oils.
