KFSZ Wisdom

Recommendations for using the KFSZ "WISDOM":

• The structuring of water or food can be done at any time.
  Additional information: the recommended time for energetic practices, meditations and prayers is 20:00

• To anchor the joy of wisdom: hold the KFSZ in your right hand, tense your neck slightly, and touch the right carotid artery. Repeat the same with the left hand

• Using the alexandrite crystal may help in opening the family memory and the abilities acquired during earlier incarnations

• The energies of the KFSZ are amplified through structuring the following foods: hazelnut, turnip, prickly pear, oyster mushroom, barley, sage

• The energy of wisdom can be activated through musical instruments — for example a wind instrument  or a five-stringed tonic guitar

• The colour light blue and the alexandrite crystal may amplify the energy of wisdom
