• The use of this KFSZ is recommended for men and women alike.

• It is recommended to begin the work with this KFSZ at the 1st chakra for the sake of dissolving the old programs, and after that it can be used alternately on the Lada and Lelya energy centres. /the chakras on the front of the right and left shoulder/

• A slight nausea that may occur can, from a neurophysiological and psychosomatic viewpoint, point to resistance, rejection or some kind of inner detachment. In this case the KFSZ may help in dissolving the resistance.

• Try the "triangle" practice: place the KFSZ 22 below the 1st chakra, the "COULEUVRE SYMPHONY" KFSZ on the Lada chakra / the front of the right shoulder/, and the KFSZ 24 on the Lelya chakra /the front of the left shoulder/. Leave it like this for a few minutes (pay attention to your individual sensations). Then swap their places: the "COULEUVRE SYMPHONY" goes onto the Lelya, the KFSZ 24 onto the Lada, and the KFSZ 22 below the 1st chakra again.
