  • Drink structured water daily for at least 1 month, and in more severe cases even for 6-12 months. It is worth doing preventive courses 3-4 times a year to reduce the body's microbial load and preserve general health.
  • Structured water for external use: daily for at least 1 month (in more severe cases even for 6 months); every evening soak your feet or hands in structured water for 20-30 minutes.
  • Structuring medicines with an antifungal effect (ointments, creams, oils) — the affected skin surfaces and nails should be treated with these twice a day (morning and evening).
  • Structuring rinses, irrigators and compresses for gynaecological, urological, dental and dermatological use.
  • Structuring foot-care products — especially recommended for caring for the feet after the sauna, the swimming pool or the baths, in order to prevent fungal infections.
  • Using foot baths after applying nail polish or gel polish, to rest and regenerate the nails.
  • Regularly spraying sports shoes and other footwear with structured water in order to prevent fungal infections.
  • Structuring hair-care products (shampoos, tonics, serums, masks) for treating fungal conditions of the scalp.
  • Using structured water for watering plants and vegetables.
  • To support the health of pets, structured water should be provided for them to drink.
