Recommendations for using the KFSZ GEPALUX:

• It can be used as an independent preventive tool or as part of a complex therapeutic programme, as a complement to medical treatments and medicines.

• It may be especially recommended for older people, since in them the slowing of the emptying of the gall bladder occurs more often, which can lead to gallstone formation.

• For preventive purposes it may be recommended for those in whose family (e.g. parents, close relatives) gallstone disease has occurred.

• It may also be recommended in obesity, diabetes, thyroid diseases, and other metabolic and hormonal disorders.

• For prevention, its periodic (25–30 day) use may be recommended: for men once every six months, for women 3–4 times a year.

• In women the risk of gallstone disease can be higher, which can be influenced by hormonal factors (a rise in the oestrogen level); this can increase the stone-forming tendency of the bile.

• Its use can be beneficial for those working in hazardous industries, living in industrial areas, doing agricultural work, taking medicines regularly, or drinking alcohol.

• Its use is also possible together with medication therapy, especially since certain medicines (e.g. antibiotics, NSAIDs) can unfavourably influence bile production.

• After surgical interventions (especially when the gastrointestinal tract is involved) it may support faster regeneration, for example in biliary dyskinesia.

• It may be important to drink the water structured with the KFSZ according to the World Health Organization's recommendation: 30 ml per kg of body weight a day. In a warmer climate, increasing the amount is recommended.

• General energetic harmonisation can be done with it 1–2 times a day, combined with other KFSZ plates (e.g. Gepavita, Varvarin Spring, Spring of the Lamas).

• It can be complemented with aromatherapy too: essential oils (e.g. clove, cedar, lavender, lemon, pine, rosemary, thyme, eucalyptus) may support the body through their anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. Before using them it is advisable to structure these with the help of the KFSZ as well.
