Recommendations for using the KFSZ "KUDIYAROV SPRING"
The universal "healing" energy may be felt immediately: a powerful flow, warmth and pulsing may be felt in the solar plexus. It may seem as if the energy were being poured from a bucket, starting from the top of the head, gradually spreading over the surface of the body and penetrating into every cell — especially along the spine.
It is recommended to activate the 1st EC (energy centre) so that the healing effect of the energies is set in motion (for this, sit on the KFSZ for a while and focus on the feeling of "I am enough").
It is recommended to drink structured water, to hold the corrector in your hand, to take it with you, and to use it for bathing, showering or as a body spray.
It is especially recommended to take any medicine, dietary supplement or vitamin complex with water structured with the KFSZ.
For rehabilitation after injuries and operations it is recommended to drink structured water and to place it directly on the injured areas. A compress can be made: a cloth moistened in structured water, wrung out and placed on the problem area. It can also be wrapped in foil, if this does not contradict medical advice.
It is recommended for masseurs to build the KFSZ into the protocol of wellness massage sessions: structuring the massage oil, and placing the KFSZ under the massage table. The masseur can fasten the corrector to their "leading" hand; this may provide a synergistic and deeper effect.
Self-treatment at home: hold the KFSZ in your hand and "soap" your body with it, especially on the painful areas.

In such cases it is recommended to place the KFSZ on the 4th EC (the heart) — this may help with understanding and letting go of the unhealed relationship, and with recognising the right timing.
