The KFSZ unfolds most fully through water. Water informed with the KFSZ technology becomes "living" — it transmits the plate's energy to every cell of the body, to every thought and to every action. Without drinking informed water it does not work at its full strength. It is therefore recommended to combine drinking informed water during the day with practices that activate the energy centres.

It works with thoughts and intentions through questions. The KFSZ makes the information field transparent for the question asked: it is enough to ask a single question and then observe what happens around us.
