• The structuring of water or food with this KFSZ can be done at any time.
  Additional information: the recommended time for energetic practices, meditations and prayers is 12:00

• Anchoring the "energy of happiness" in the body: take the KFSZ in your right hand, tense your neck slightly, and touch the carotid artery on the right side with the KFSZ for 12 heartbeats. Then repeat with the left hand and the left artery

• The energies of goodness can also be activated by listening to music or playing an instrument, especially a 6-stringed tonic guitar

• The colour yellow and the amber crystal, together with the use of the KFSZ, may amplify the energies of the goddess Tanya
