• The structuring of water or food can be done at any time of day.
  Additional recommendation: energetic practices, meditation and prayer are best done at 7 o'clock

• Anchoring the energy of patience and inner steadfastness: hold the KFSZ in your right hand, tense your neck slightly, and touch the carotid artery on the right side of your neck with the KFSZ for 7 heartbeats, then repeat on the left side

• These energies can also be activated with music or by playing an instrument, especially: the viola or a 7-stringed tonic guitar

• The colour orange and the garnet crystal support the activation of the energy of the god Zhel
