To activate the mind of the heart, place the KFSZ on the 4th energy centre (EC) between 11 and 13 hours. On the energy level it is important to perform a bioenergetic massage of the meridians of the heart and the small intestine, which eliminates the electromagnetic interference that causes biochemical disturbances. To improve the functioning of the respiratory system, correct breathing must be mastered with the help of the KFSZ fixed on the 4th EC. Correct breathing means the following:

Breathing takes place through the nose.

Of suitable depth (thoracic-abdominal breathing, moderate, without excessive tension, so as not to overload the lungs).

Breathe out completely, rhythmically and slowly.

To attain maximum effectiveness with this KFSZ, the 4-7-8 breathing technique is recommended. While performing the practice, breathe in through your nose for a count of 4 (the tip of the tongue should touch the hard palate on the in-breath), then hold your breath for a count of 7 and breathe out for a count of 8. Repeat the practice 4–8 times (1 count = 1 second). As a result of the prolonged out-breath, the parasympathetic part of the autonomic nervous system is activated, which contributes to a sense of calm and relaxation.

To improve the state of gynaecological problems, it is recommended to fix the Lake of Change KFSZ on the 2nd EC between 19 and 21 hours.
