KFSZ - "MIGRAINE"
On the energy-information level:
Its aim is the easing of every type of headache, regardless of the cause — including tension headache and migraine.
May contribute to moderating intracranial pressure, to the widening of the small arteries, to easing the spasms of the cerebral vessels, and may aid the easing of headache of hypertensive origin.
May support the improvement of cerebral circulation, may restore the blood flow and may regulate the working of the cerebral vessels.
May aid the prevention of cerebral arteriosclerosis.
May stimulate brain activity, may support the improvement of the quality of thinking and the increase of mental performance, and may contribute to the balance of the general psycho-emotional state.
May contribute to the prevention and easing of cognitive disorders (e.g. in memory problems, mental fatigue, and difficulties of concentration and thinking).
May aid the complex treatment of the neurosensory complaints connected with cerebral circulation disorders (e.g. dizziness, ringing in the ears, nausea, vomiting, and hearing loss accompanying headache).
May promote the working of an antihypoxic (anti-oxygen-deficiency), nootropic (memory- and mental-function-supporting) and mild antidepressant effect, especially in nervous and physical exhaustion, excessive irritability or stress.
May increase the brain's resistance to various damaging influences (e.g. hypoxia, trauma, poisoning), may support regeneration, and may contribute to preserving the health and lifespan of the brain.
May balance stress, may reduce emotional and nervous tension, irritability and anxiety, and chronic fatigue, which can lead not only to headache but also to muscle spasms of the gastrointestinal system and the gall bladder, and to the increased production of stress hormones.
It contains anti-oedema information for the cerebral and peripheral tissues as well.
No side effect is known even with long-term use.
Recommendations for using the KFSZ "Migraine":
-
It can be used on its own, or as part of a complex therapeutic programme, together with the medicines and treatments recommended by your doctor.
-
It may be recommended to drink structured water according to the WHO recommendations: 30 ml per kg of body weight a day. In a warm climate it may be worth increasing your water intake.
-
Various liquid balms can be structured with it, which can be applied to the forehead, the temples or other acupressure points, for prevention or when a headache appears.
-
It may be worth using it together with KFSZ plates that have a stress-relieving effect, since many headaches may have nervous-system tension, stress or neurosis in the background.
-
According to some medical opinions, migraine can be triggered by a chronic toxic load, the consequence of which can be a deterioration in the absorption of the B vitamins, a rise in the risk of stroke or heart attack, and the development of memory problems, emotional instability and neuroses. The biochemical disturbances can also have an effect on the lymph and bile flow. Therefore it may be recommended to support the rheology of the bile and the bile-lymph flow with the help of the KFSZ Migraine and other correctors.
-
In the case of a migraine attack it may be worth drinking 1–2 glasses of warm (preferably structured) water in small sips. Soaking the feet in hot water may aid the easing of the cerebral vessel spasms, and may improve the venous return from the head. A warming pad can be placed on the area of the gall bladder and on the navel to ease the local spasms, while a cold compress on the nape of the neck is recommended to reduce intracranial pressure, and warming the shoulder girdle and the nape (a pepper plaster, a warm compress, an ointment) may enhance the blood circulation.
-
If a migraine attack is preceded by an aura (e.g. a visual disturbance, or a problem of speech or movement coordination), it may be especially important to apply the medication treatment in time, and to use the KFSZ Migraine alongside it.
-
It may be recommended to do regular physical exercise as well — for example neck and back muscle exercises twice a day, and walking (10,000 steps a day is recommended), which can be complemented with the use of the KFSZ Migraine.
-
It can be complemented with aromatherapy too: an aroma lamp, a diffuser, a scented pendant, or massage with essential oils (e.g. basil, angelica root, jasmine, lavender, lemongrass, marjoram, peppermint, rosemary, fragonia). It may be worth structuring these on the KFSZ Migraine before use.
