• It is recommended to place the bracelet on the wrist. To make structured water, it is worth closing the bracelet around a glass or bottle.

• It may be used in any area of life: at work, in sport, during rest or in family relationships.

• To support male health and harmonise the functioning of the prostate: place the KFSZ on the midline of the nose while keeping your attention about 30–50 cm above your head for 3–5 minutes. Then place the KFSZ on the corners of the mouth alternately, while your attention is again directed upwards. With this method the energetic zones of the male reproductive system can be activated.
